Litle Node Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 9 October 2026
These terms cover Litle Node free access, Standard subscriptions and Standard Lifetime purchases. They explain payment, cancellation, local storage and compatibility with third-party websites and services.
1 About us
Litle Node is a product of Litle Limited, company number 17439202, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 8 Lee Street, London, United Kingdom, E8 4DY. Our website is litle.ai and our support email is support@litle.ai.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Litle Limited. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using Litle Node or purchasing a paid plan. Please read them before purchasing and keep a copy.
2 The product
Litle Node is an add-on that helps you capture and organise information from supported third-party websites and services into connected graphs. Supported platforms, functionality and technical requirements are described on our product website before purchase.
Some functions require an internet connection, access to a supported website or browser permissions. Litle Node is an independent product. Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the third-party websites or services with which it works.
3 Free and paid plans
The free plan allows up to 20 nodes in each graph. Standard allows you to add beyond that limit. If paid access ends, you can still view, edit, move, delete, save and export graphs with more than 20 nodes, but cannot add further nodes above the free limit.
We offer free and paid plans. Each plan’s features and usage limits are explained on our pricing page and, for paid plans, before purchase. The plan description supplied with your purchase forms part of your agreement with us. Later changes to our pricing page do not retrospectively change that agreement.
When paid access ends, existing graphs remain available to view, edit, organise, save and export. Adding nodes is subject to the free plan’s limits. Existing graphs are not reduced or deleted because paid access ends.
Standard and Standard Lifetime include local saving and loading. Cloud storage and synchronisation are not included and may be sold separately.
4 Prices and payment
The price, currency, billing frequency and total payable, including applicable taxes, are displayed before you confirm your purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe. Paid access begins following successful payment and activation.
We will provide confirmation of your purchase and the applicable contract information in a form you can save. Keep your confirmation and account details so you can request assistance restoring paid access.
5 Subscription renewal and cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You authorise the recurring charges disclosed when you subscribe.
You can cancel future renewal through Manage subscription or by contacting support@litle.ai. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal charges, and paid access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Access may end earlier if a purchase is refunded or you exercise a statutory cancellation right that ends the contract.
If payment fails, we may retry payment and contact you. Paid access may end if payment remains unsuccessful. Your existing graphs remain accessible under the free-plan rules.
We will give reasonable advance notice of subscription price increases. Increases will not apply to a period already paid for. You can cancel before a changed renewal price takes effect.
6 Standard Lifetime
Standard Lifetime provides a licence to use Standard with no fixed expiry date and no recurring subscription charge. It includes the Standard benefits described at purchase. It does not include separately sold products, cloud storage or synchronisation.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that every third-party integration or individual function will remain compatible indefinitely. The maintenance and compatibility provisions in section 10 also apply to Lifetime purchases.
If we discontinue the product, we will give reasonable advance notice where possible and make reasonable efforts to preserve access to existing local graphs and their export. This does not allow us to withdraw purchased rights arbitrarily or remove any remedy available under applicable law.
7 Cancellation rights and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights apply. Where applicable law provides a cooling-off right, you may cancel within the applicable period by emailing support@litle.ai with your account email, purchase details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the cancellation form below, but do not have to.
For qualifying UK distance purchases, the initial cooling-off period is normally 14 days from entering the contract. Where a purchase qualifies as digital content, we may separately ask for your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that you lose the applicable cooling-off cancellation right when supply begins. We will provide the legally required confirmation. Accepting these terms alone does not waive that right. Any waiver applies only where permitted by law.
If the product is faulty, materially fails to match its description or does not meet applicable legal requirements, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Contact us so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
Outside statutory rights, additional refunds are considered individually. Where a refund is due, we will process it within the applicable legal deadline, ordinarily using the original payment method. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory cancellation or refund rights.
8 Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing paid access. Protect your account and contact us if you believe it has been compromised.
We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use Litle Node under these terms and your purchased plan. You must not use it unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, obtain paid access fraudulently, or resell access without permission. These restrictions do not prevent activities that applicable law expressly permits.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Restrictions must be proportionate and respect your statutory rights.
9 Your content and local storage
You retain any rights you hold in the information and graphs you create or import. You are responsible for having permission to use third-party content and for complying with applicable law.
Standard stores graph content locally in your browser and, when you choose, in files on your device. Standard does not provide cloud backup or recovery.
Clearing browser data, uninstalling the extension, device failure, losing files or changing permissions can affect saved graphs or file access. Keep separate backups of important information. This does not exclude our responsibility where applicable law makes us liable for loss or damage.
10 Maintenance and third-party compatibility
We will do our best, using reasonable care and effort, to maintain Litle Node and address compatibility problems. However, it works as an add-on to third-party websites and services whose operation we do not control.
Third parties may significantly change their interfaces, functionality, access rules or technical systems. These changes may cause particular Litle Node functions to become temporarily unavailable, work differently or stop working. We cannot guarantee that every function will continue to work following significant third-party changes, or that compatibility can always be restored.
Where a change materially affects the product, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate, communicate the impact and provide a fix or suitable alternative where practical. If a material problem cannot be resolved, we will explain the situation and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
This section does not remove our obligation to supply the product as described or any statutory consumer rights.
11 Updates and changes
We may provide updates to address problems, improve security, maintain compatibility or develop the product. Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice of changes that materially affect paid features.
We will communicate material changes to these terms with reasonable notice. Changes must respect existing purchases and applicable law. We will not rely on these terms to unfairly remove purchased benefits or retrospectively reduce your rights.
12 Privacy notice
Litle Limited is the controller for account and billing information described here. Contact support@litle.ai or write to our registered office to ask about your information or exercise your rights.
Your Standard graphs, captured passages, source references and local file bindings stay on your device. We do not upload them to our account or billing servers. If you voluntarily send graph content to support, we process it only to handle your request and related follow-up.
We process your email address, account identifier, sign-in and session information, Stripe customer and payment references, subscription or lifetime status, billing periods and support correspondence. Our hosting and service providers may also process IP addresses, device or browser details and technical logs to deliver and secure the service. Stripe collects payment and billing information directly; we do not receive or store full card details.
We use account and licensing information to perform our contract with you; billing records to meet legal obligations; and limited technical logs, fraud checks and support records for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the product. We do not use graph content for advertising, sell your personal information or run advertising trackers on this account site.
Our service providers include Supabase for accounts and billing records, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Vercel for website and API hosting, and Resend for sign-in emails when email delivery is enabled. They receive the information needed for their roles. Stripe also processes some information as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. We may disclose information where required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.
The Litle Node database is hosted in London. Some providers and their subprocessors may process information outside the UK. Where required, we use an applicable adequacy arrangement or approved contractual safeguards for those transfers. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
We keep account and entitlement information while needed to provide access, including to restore lifetime purchases. We retain billing records for applicable accounting and legal requirements. Security and rate-limit records are kept only as long as needed for their purpose; our application rate-limit records expire after approximately one day. Contact us to close your account. We may retain information required by law, for unresolved disputes or to prevent fraud.
The website uses an essential encrypted sign-in cookie. The extension keeps its sign-in credentials in local extension storage separate from graph exports. These are needed to maintain your session and verify paid access. We do not use optional analytics or advertising cookies on the account site.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights may have legal exceptions. You can contact the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or your local supervisory authority. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We will update this notice if our processing changes, and give appropriate notice of material changes. A separately introduced cloud product would require its own clear description of how uploaded content is handled.
13 Our responsibility
We will provide the product with reasonable care and skill and comply with applicable legal obligations. We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14 Complaints and applicable law
Send complaints to support@litle.ai, describing the issue and including relevant purchase details. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or any right to bring proceedings available to you in your country of residence.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
